Meet Rita, the Head Pastry Chef, Baker and Founder of 3M Bakery!

This woman is the definition of a boss lady, living her dream of baking everyone’s enjoyment and putting a pinch of love in every dessert!

As a mother of four, she would bake for her children and family, almost every day until she turned this love of baking into something more than just a hobby and wanting to bring joy to people and families all over Sydney!

The name “3MBakery” represents the first letter of each of her children; Mai, Maha, Mariam & Bishoy, who were her inspiration to begin baking full time. This serves as a reminder to why she started baking from day one, and why she wants to share the love with everyone around her!

Her absolute best foes into every bake, no matter how big or small, she takes the time to create something beautiful every time! If it’s not up to Chef Rita’s standard, it won’t leave her kitchen! (and will probably be devoured by her grandchildren!)

She always strives to learn, experiment an create things she has never done before, making every one of her bakes even more special, and is always working hard to create the most delicious desserts in Sydney!
